The Travel Agent works with the sales coordinator team, the recruiting team and healthcare providers to arrange for air, car and hotel accommodations to provide white glove service to ensure the traveling healthcare provider’s travel experience is seamless and enjoyable. The travel agent also works with leadership to arrange for travel for internal employee travel.

 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Use GDS system to book travel
• Assist in making professional accurate travel arrangements for our doctors, including air, car and hotel
• Work as a team member and assist other agents as needed.
• Provide solutions to travel related problems clients may experience
• Build and maintain strong working relationships

Required Knowledge

• Knowledge of United States geography
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Exerience Required: 

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Corporate Travel Required
• Experience with complex ticketing & exchanges

Education/ License/ Certification 

• •  High School graduate, college training preferred
