Travel Specialist (Worldspan Required)

We are a Jackson Healthcare company, the third largest healthcare staffing company in the U.S., serving more than 7 million patients in over 1,400 healthcare facilities. 

The Travel Specialist must know WORLDSPAN or SABRE and will book air travel, hotel and car rental reservations. They will follow up when necessary to complete the reservation. They will operate as a team player and perform in a team environment. The Travel Specialist will manage prompt and accurate responses to telephone and email communications. Monitors, sorts and works global distribution systems (GDS) queues daily to maintain quality control. They will assist the customer care team as needed to ensure excellent customer service for all internal and external customers. The hours for this role will be Monday through Friday 9AM to 6PM or 8:30AM to 5:30PM.

Hybrid work opportunity after 6 months, employee must be in good standing with the company.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience required

Skills:

• Knowledge of Worldspan GDS system preferred but not required.
• Corporate travel experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task to work on several reservation requests at one time.
• Ability to provide a high standard of quality and accuracy in reservation.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and communication via phone and e-mail.
