The Director of Sales is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing sales strategies and systems to ensure client contracts are executed in order to place providers in client facilities. Works with senior management and department heads to coordinate sales activities with Company-wide goals and objectives. Researches unique sales techniques and technologies, conducts ongoing analyses of current systems, and implements improvements in sales operations as appropriate. Ensures that professional relations exist with external client contacts and agencies. Oversees the activities of the sales team, directs daily operations, and ensures the cost-effective use of Company resources.
Assumes responsibility for the planning, forecasting, development, and implementation of effective budget and outcome strategies and policies as they relate to corporate team goals.
Responsible for overseeing the effective recruitment of LocumTenens providers through the use of delegation, motivational leadership and strong management and communication skills.
Effectively supervises associates, ensuring optimal performance.
