Overview

Overview: This position fills an integral role in supporting our marketing, business development, and physician recruitment departments, each of which rely on real-time access to accurate contact and account-level data. To meet our business objectives, the Salesforce Data and Automation Specialist is responsible for uploading new data and ensuring its accuracy within Salesforce, and distributing leads and referrals internally as well as with our sister company. Additionally, this role coordinates our relationship with DAXTRA, a third-party software solution that captures job applications from our job board partners and updates Salesforce accordingly.

Description

Salesforce Data Management

  • Maintain data accuracy by merging duplicate account/contact records as requested by business development and recruitment
  • Regularly upload physician contact data from various databases or lists including the Profiles Database
  • Extract LT.com permanent physician candidates report from FTP site, format, verify and upsert to Salesforce; forward to recruitment for immediate follow up
  • Minimize the creation of duplicate records by performing a funnel of single table de-dups within Salesforce via DemandTools
  • Convert physician leads to candidates, forward to recruitment for immediate follow up
  • Record original provider source for ROI tracking
  • Verify contact email addresses are valid via NeverBounce at the request of marketing; manage invalid email alerts from business development, recruitment, and marketing
  • Unsubscribe contacts from future marketing as requested

Daxtra Coordination

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the DaxtraCapture integration with Salesforce; ensure every physician job application is recorded accurately in Salesforce and is distributed to the assigned recruiter
  • Add candidate specialties and other key information to the Salesforce record when not automatically captured via Daxtra.

Lead Referral and Other Duties as Assigned

  • Coordinate the lead sharing program with our sister company LocumTenens.com. Log all candidate and business development leads, forward to the appropriate associate, verify referral bonus eligibility, and collaborate with LT representatives as needed
  • Alert marketing regularly as to who should receive candidate leads captured via JPS website forms
  • Forward any candidate replies to aggregate email blasts to assigned recruiter
  • Forward web responses from various job boards

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least one year of Salesforce experience required
  • Data entry and SaaS experience preferred; some programming experience a plus
  • Tech-savvy with strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to think critically
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; particularly with Excel including Excel Commands and Formulas
  • Excellent organizational, project and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and projects with appropriate sense of urgency and diligent follow through
  • Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability to work autonomously
  • Others first mindset and positive attitude is a must: experience responding to requests from internal customers/clients promptly and professionally; flexibility to adjust quickly as priorities change or immediate needs shift
