POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Capital Specialist will provide support to all LocumTenens.com departments as an associate-level talent
development and human resource partner. The HCS will contribute to the successful coordination of employee
onboarding activities and internal talent transfers. The position will mine and report data from the HCMS, ATS, and LMS
to assist HR and Dev team members, draft compliance reports, assist with Employee Relations, conduct file audits, and
support HR processes, communications and policies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
Talent Mobility & Onboarding - 50%
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, LT Leaders, and Internal Transfer Candidates to complete eligibility checks and
interview prescreens, coordinate interview schedules, and support post-interview communication for internal talent
• Schedule and lead developmental conversations with Internal Transfer Candidates
• Assist with Development program administration as needed (Summer Internships, MIT, HR 101/201/301 Trainings,
LDP/EDP, etc.)
• Conduct meetings with leaders to provide guidance and resources to support pre-boarding and onboarding activities
for new employees
• Coordinate Day 1 onboarding schedules and activities with business partners to ensure a positive experience for
new employees
• Update appropriate records for the tracking of internal talent mobility
• Maintain onboarding checklists to reflect appropriate process updates & improvements based on feedback
Associate Human Resources Generalist Duties - 50%
• Maintain Affirmative Action Program records; create, obtain approval for and file EEO-1 and Vets 100 report
annually
• Prepare Termination Packets
• Process Unemployment and Worker’s Comp Claims
• Assist with LT LOA administration and Associate support
• Produce and update various reports and reminders
• Provide Associate Generalist support of the performance evaluation and talent review process
• Facilitate and Track Completion of Employee Status Request changes (ESRs)
• Maintain electronic employee files
• Field Associate questions; assist with entry level Employee Relations
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)
• May work on special projects or other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY/BUDGETARY/EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY
• Indirect responsibility for assisting department EA with department expense management

High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of prior experience or BA/BS in a related disciple and 0-2 years of experience
