The strategic sourcing coordinator plays a critical role in creating awareness of our client’s current job openings, increasing the quality of candidates we present to our clients, in the most cost-effective way. This position encompasses a range of strategic and administrative responsibilities to ensure JPS has the best-in-class strategy in the industry for utilizing the most effective external job boards and recruitment resources. The strategic sourcing coordinator selects, evaluates and manages ongoing partnerships with these external third parties. They use these relationships, along with data and analytics, to solve problems and achieve business goals.
This position is also responsible for ensuring we have exceptional data integrity and data efficiencies with these critical recruitment resources through the use of both automation and manual tactics.
