The Marketing Research Analyst will provide updated market intelligence to the company to grow our customer base (providers & clients) and improve the customer experience.  He/She will gather, compile, summarize and report key market intelligence data and information. They will evaluate information using software and statistical techniques to forecast future trends.  The Marketing Research Analyst will report to the Division Vice President, Marketing.


Additional Details:

  • Lead planning, design, execution, analysis, and reporting of marketing research projects.
  • Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data (surveys, focus groups, polls, etc.).
  • Compile data on market conditions, industry trends, competitors and customers.
  • Convert findings and complex data into tables, charts, written reports and graphs to convey the implications of the data.
  • Prepare and analyze data to address strategic objectives, identify key insights, craft compelling data visualizations, and drive actionable marketing activities.
  • Build a story from the data and present the findings to executives and sales leaders to drive business decisions.
  • Measure effectiveness of marketing programs, channels and strategies related to market findings to support business objectives and drives profitable returns.
  • Represent the Customer Voice through custom-built reports, presentations, and discussions, synthesizing new learnings and known insights.
  • Advance the knowledge and skills of our whole team, and institutionalize best practices, to increase our impact and efficiency.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, market research, data analytics, statistical analysis and/or a related business field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Experience managing and utilizing data from Customer Panels a plus.
  • Proven success analyzing and using data from various sources to develop targeted programs to drive brand awareness, demand, and preference.
  • Strong understanding of key demographics, how to align with goals and objectives.
  • Excellent presentation skills with experience communicating insights and actionable recommendations to all levels of management within marketing and sales teams.
  • Results-oriented individual with exceptionally strong critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Known for reliability, responsiveness, attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work product.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of management, staff, clients and vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative on projects and work without supervision.
  • Ability to discern the "big picture" for a project and make assessments',
  • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office products with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in constructing custom surveys using a CX survey and dashboard platform (Qualtrics preferred), is required.
  • Experience working with HubSpot (preferred) or other CRM data.
