Description

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager - Lead Generation will work closely with the Director of Marketing to implement cohesive lead generation strategies across established and emerging digital marketing channels.

Job Description:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our brands, customers, and the buyer’s journey
  • Monitoring and optimizing demand generation campaigns and programs
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director and other departments to build cross-functional cohesion
  • Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
  • Identify new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Sales to update and create additional personas tied to specific customer needs and preferences
  • Assist in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Work within a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborate with other departments, like sales and content, to develop and enhance strategies
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance

Requirements

  • High school graduate. Bachelor's Degree in marketing, journalism, or communications preferred.           
  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience implementing PPC, SEO and SEM tactics.                 
  • Experience working with a variety of industry-standard tools including Google and marketing automation platforms (like HubSpot, Marketo or Pardot)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel  
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress or other Content Management Software 
  • Knowledge of web publishing requirements 
  • Having an A/B testing mindset and the ability to recognize and predict audience inclinations 
  • Experience with SEO and PPC ad writing 
  • Experience with some project management tools 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Exceptional writing and verbal skills in English
