Description

The Production Support Specialist works in conjunction with sales, recruitment leadership and Account Managers this is a multi-faceted role that provides support for Production Teams. This position will provide administration in the areas of system data entry/maintenance, client confirmation and job board updates. Position will have a high degree of interaction with account managers and recruiters. 

 

Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Provide administration and support to production team and managers for Jackson Therapy Partners
  • Create contracts in the system for booked assignments.
  • Creates and sends client confirmation. Uploads executed version to the system.
  • Updates the job board, manually and through the job upload tool.
  • Facilitate the assignment evaluation process with clients.
  • Updates job orders and contract matching through the system for all contracts.
  • Completes weekly reports as directed by Sales and Recruiting management.
  • Works with other departments to coordinate and validate information.
  • Creates and send out new client contracts as well as MSP Sub Vendor Agreements
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1 year or more of related experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service.
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Competent use of MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Works effectively in a fast-paced environment.
