The Account Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting the regional and national accounts management teams.


In addition, this role: Completes and maintains related reports, records, and files.  Exercises independent judgment in accordance with company policies and values.  Serves as a liaison between Regional and National Account Management teams, recruiters, and sales teams.


1. Assumes responsibility for effectively performing administrative support services:  

  • Maintains customer database and customer profile with updates; preparing and distributing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Interacts regularly with customers, representatives, and company personnel.
  • Acting as a support liaison between the Regional and National Account Management divisions, and other various company departments.
  • Assists as required with customer inquiries and in the obtaining of customer orders.
  • Assists as required in the resolution of customer complaints.
  • Communicate appropriate information from Production associates to clients. (name clears, presentations, etc.)

2.  Assumes responsibility for performing sales support and operation services:

  • Assists staff in account management of current clients.
  • Assists staff in accounts receivables by reviewing invoices and ensuring for accuracy and resolving any disputes.
  • Serves as resource for all Regional and National Accounts questions.
  • Informs management of area activities and of any significant problems.
  • Attends meetings and conference calls as assigned.
  • Assists with expenses and travel accommodations.   

3.  Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Company personnel and with management:

  • Maintains regular contact with all departments to obtain information and correct errors.
  • Distribute reports as needed for all Regional and National Accounts.
  • Informs management of area activities and of any significant problems.
  • Attends divisional meetings as assigned.


• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Thorough understanding of e-mail systems and Internet messaging processes.
• Knowledge of personal computer hardware and software and word processing skills.
• Minimum 2 years of account management support, coordination, or similar experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure quality of all work.
• Tenacity and ability to think on your feet.
• Proven track record of exceeding goals.
• Ability to effectively manage time, multiple projects and priorities.
• Ability to move fast and thrive in a dynamic, quickly-changing environment.
