Sales Intern

This is an outstanding opportunity to join our team and be part of the rapidly growing healthcare industry. The Sales Internship starts on May 17, 2021 and ends on July 30, 2021. All Sales Interns will have an hourly salary and will have the opportunity to earn additional commission based on their activity and performance. 

 

• Responsible for performing recruiting functions to ensure that well-qualified physicians are available for position openings.
• Conducts phone screenings, evaluates physician credentials, and provides lists of candidates to sales consultants and clients for further consideration.
• Enters CV, inquiry, and referral information into the recruiting database, sends and receives credentialing packets, and tracks physician files to ensure accurate and complete information.
• Maintains professional relations with physicians, clients, and team.
• Keeps managers and team well informed of progress and recruiting activities.

Recruiting and/or sales experience preferred 
Strong customer service and public relations
Knowledge of related computer applications including database entry
Excellent telephone skills
Able to work well independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
