The Senior HR Analyst is responsible for working with all levels of HR staff to prepare advanced reports and queries, recommend changes and improvements to existing processes and reports, and gather data as necessary. This role is focused on providing strategic insights through workforce metrics, analytics, dashboards, and reports. The incumbent will create and automate reports to “tell the story” about the use of human capital.
This role is also responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that are experienced by the end-user (e.g., login issues, password resets, pop-up blockers, etc.). In addition, this role is responsible for proactively monitoring and supporting file transmissions associated with benefit elections to various benefits vendors.
The incumbent will ensure accuracy of HR data via audits and will conduct training of staff at various levels. Must be extremely comfortable handling confidential data.
The position reports to the Senior Director of Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS).
The Sr. HCMS Analyst will act as lead for the HCMS Specialist, providing guidance and mentorship on best practices of HRIS processes.
