The Executive Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting healthcare executives for clients of Jackson Physician Search. The successful candidate will have prior executive-level recruitment experience, preferably with a healthcare staffing or permanent placement firm, as well as superior C-suite client relations skills.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience and education. MBA and/or related certifications a plus.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Familiarity with the healthcare industry at the executive level, preferably from a third-party permanent placement firm perspective. Knowledge of relevant sourcing tools, strategies and best practices for permanent executive placement.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5-7+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with a healthcare staffing firm. Experience sourcing, recruiting, presenting, and closing executive candidates required.
SKILLS/ABILITIES: Strong interpersonal, management and organizational skills to effectively manage and sustain positive client relationships. Excellent communication skills (verbal or written), including negotiation and networking. Sound business judgement and decision-making skills.
