The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for obtaining the required documentation to meet minimum credentials prior to the contractor beginning an assignment. The Sales Support Coordinator works closely with the facility and contractor in order to make the credentialing and or privileging process run as smoothly as possible.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Assist with the planning, development, and implementation of placing a provider in his/her assignment. Work closely with Privileging Coordinators as directed to carry out the following tasks.
Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with area staff and with management.
Highschool Graduate. College training preferred.
Strong knowledge of specific client objectives and business strategies.
0-1 year of physician enrollment and or privileging experience a plus
