The campus recruiter will partner with both internal customers and stakeholders as well as points of contact with universities in order to increase the company presence on campus and create a pipeline of candidates for internship and post-graduation new hire start classes.

Job responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with appropriate points of contact at various schools and universities
  • Post jobs to career sites
  • Register and attend career fairs
  • Provide ongoing updates and results, report findings to TA leader, HR and sr staff
  • Partner with leadership to speak to classes
  • Develop a presence with 2 year universities
  • Create pool of intern candidates for both sales and operations opportunites
  • Partner with marketing department to provide updated materials for students
  • Implement an automated candidate applicant portal
  • Plan events for students both on-site and off
  • Responsible for the execution of full life-cycle campus recruiting for Deloitte
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, educational institutions and the business
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish and/or design a tailored recruiting approach at designated school(s) to achieve demand
  • Leverage recruiting knowledge recruitment results and competitive market intelligence to drive strategies and influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
  • Serve as a “Brand Ambassador” to expand our internal & external footprint to build the LT brand
  • Role may provide opportunity to manage established projects or conferences or develop new programs
  • Partner with marketing department to execute a social media strategy


  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Consultative approach toward clients and ability to influence others
  • Ability to embrace technology platforms and participate in our social media strategy
  • Problem-solving and event-planning skills
  • Proficient skills in various technologies (i.e, Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems)
  • Job requires independent travel, frequent evening and occasional weekend work during busy seasons
