    This newly created position will be responsible for corporate recruitment for Jackson Physician Search, including searching for hires in Sales/Business Development, Physician Recruiting and more. The role will provide recruitment support for the Human Resources Manager as necessary, and will be empowered to build upon current recruitment initiatives and/or develop new programs to support the company's continued rapid growth.

    Jackson Physician Search is thrilled to grow its Operations team with the addition of this newly created talent acquisition role. The Corporate Recruiter will be a crucial position in support of continued company growth, with a high level of visibility across the organization. The Corporate Recruiter will own a significant amount of JPS recruitment efforts and support, as well as the autonomy to develop new recruiting initiatives and programs under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager and President of Jackson Physician Search. This position will use social media, college recruiting, networking and other interactive functions to pipeline and recruit top sales talent across the country.

     

    The successful candidate will work on-site full time in our corporate headquarters in Alpharetta, GA.

     

    Essential Duties

    • Partner with leadership and hiring management teams to recruit top sales talent
    • Ensure a best-in-class interview experience for all candidates from their first point of contact forward
    • Provide feedback regarding recruiting activity and search parameters to hiring managers
    • Recruit and screen all sales candidates for the company; provide feedback to hiring managers
    • Administer pre-employment assessments to candidates; interpret and distribute results
    • Schedule, coordinate and host in-person interviews for selected candidates
    • Provide appropriate feedback to disposition candidates, maintaining a positive rapport for future opportunities
    • Present, negotiate and close offers for employment
    • Proactively develop and nurture a pipeline of prospective candidates
    • Develop recruiting and sourcing strategies and processes that support divisional needs and pipelining efforts
    • Partner with the Human Resources Manager to on-board new hires
    • Assist with other recruitment/hiring related projects as needed

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 6 years' corporate sales recruiting experience with proven success
    • Staffing industry recruiting experience a plus
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred)
    • Familiarity with relevant job boards and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.)
    • Knowledge of Behavioral Interviewing Techniques
    • Ability to travel for career fairs and industry events
    • Experience working well with all levels of an organization, both on-site and remote
    • Advanced Microsoft Office/technology skills
    • Excellent listening, interviewing, facilitating, negotiating and interpersonal skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Team player with a "can-do" attitude
    • Reliable, punctual self-starter, able to work independently with a high level of motivation to succeed
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
