    Description

    Job Summary

    The Recruitment Coordinator compiles and keeps personnel records.  The position reports to the Vice President and will support the recruitment efforts of Jackson Pharmacy Professionals. This individual will be responsible for entering and maintaining candidate records in the recruitment database.

     

    Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Records data for each employee, such as address, weekly earnings, absences, supervisory reports on ability, and date of and reason for termination.
    • Enters CV, inquiry, and referral information into the recruiting database, sends and receives credentialing packets, and tracks clinicians’ files to ensure accurate and complete information.
    • Maintains professional relations with clinicians, clients, and team. 
    • Keeps managers and team well informed of progress and documentation activities.  
    • Calls on references for new hires.  Calls on Missing and/or expired documents
    • Assists with mailing, emailing, and/or faxing new hire packets for quick starts
    • Assists Recruiters with sourcing databases to identify qualified candidates
    • Accurate data entry into recruitment database
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Basic understanding of HR/Recruiting processes and strategies preferred
    • At least one year of related experience in HR or related field preferred
    • Strong computer skills required
    • Attention to detail required
    • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
