    Description

    Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and meeting CVO objectives. Researches and reviews the professional qualifications of a provider to meet NCQA and LT standards; accountable for the initial and renewal credentialing or licensing of providers as assigned. Enters provider information in the database, scans documents, mails, emails and/or faxes documents, as requested. Performs and oversees specific projects as assigned. Undergoes training and completes activities as assigned.

    Requirements

    EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor degree preferred and/or relevant work experience.

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

    SKILLS/ABILITIES: Excellent customer service, critical thinking and organizational skills. Proficient typing skills. Good interpersonal and public relations skills. Solid analytical and problem- solving abilities.
