    This position is responsible for driving design, development and implementation of a large and complex enterprise wide application and smaller external-facing systems.  You should be able to think critically and problem-solve, and have a track-record of ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

    • Helps lead the team in day-to-day tasks.
    • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and status reports
    • Facilitate daily scrums, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing
    • Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout project lifecycle
    • Document progress and communicate to management
    • Removes obstacles that may impact the delivery
    • Optimize the flow of work for assigned teams

    Requirements

    EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor’s and/or relevant work experience.

     

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

    • 3+ years of project management and/or agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Must possess the ability to explain intricate and complicated concepts and ideas
    • Self-motivated driver to solve problems and able to make progress despite obstacles
    • Strong time management skills and sense of timeliness to meet commitments
    • Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
    • Exceptional facilitation skills to gain and maintain alignment, transparency of process, results, and trust

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous experience working in the technology and/or healthcare industry
    • Team-oriented, ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadline
    • Excellent presentation skills
