    Jackson & Coker LocumTenens has a new position on the rapidly growing Corporate Recruiting Team. We need an experienced Senior Corporate Recruiter that is motivated by finding, hiring and retaining TOP TALENT.  


    The Senior Corporate Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of Jackson & Coker LocumTenens various positions in multiple business units in order to deliver the best talent to the organization. Responsibilities include managing the entire candidate recruiting lifecycle from requisition creation to on boarding an associate. This includes entry level as well as executive level searches.


    Essential Functions & Basic Duties:

    • Ability to consistently identify, attract and hire top talent within all business units.
    • Meet established recruiting metrics.
    • Expert in sourcing, phone screening and in-person interviews.
    • Provide budget recommendations for divisions annual spending.
    • Raise awareness of industry trends and products which could positively impact recruiting efforts.
    • Ability to provide feedback on current processes and make recommendations to improve any areas of opportunity within the division.
    • Provide strategic alternatives to ensure visibility and a full talent pipeline, including; developing/maintaining relationships with educational entities, external recruiting resources and external networking groups.
    • Point of contact for all JCLT recruiting activity. Effectively update and communicate current headcount, requisition status, interview process and guides. 
    •  Build effective relationships with hiring managers.
    • Resident expert for all relevant software and selection tools. Ability to train new associates on this software.
    • Communicate to company leaders in verbal and written form, as well as present training and update leaders on recruiting activity in large groups.
    • Effectively manage liability. Maintain AAP, OFCCP data. Keep AAP goals top of mind. Effectively manage the job folder program for JCLT.



    Bachelor’s degree preferred.


    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:            

    Excellent understanding of recruiting and staffing processes and strategies.

    Knowledge of employment best practices and compliance laws.



    5 or more years of related experience in a corporate recruiting environment.

    Experience recruiting Sales positions preferred.

    Experience with full lifecycle corporate recruiting.

    ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates. iCIMS preferred.

    Proven sourcing skills and recruiting capabilities to screen and sell top talent.

    Working in a fast paced constantly changing environment.

    Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

    Able to organize, coordinate, and direct team activities.

    Strong oral and written communications abilities.

    Excellent public relations and interpersonal skills.

    Able to use all related hardware and software.
