    Your next strategic career move awaits: Jackson Physician Search is seeking an outside sales professional to grow our Business Development team. The successful candidate will have an energetic "hunter" mentality, proven success in solution sales, and the ability to thrive in a competitive yet collaborative team environment. Ideal candidates will be based in either our Denver office or remotely (near an airport) in Seattle or Portland.

    Essential Duties:

    • Promote company services to existing and prospective accounts
    • 50-60% regional travel within a multi-state territory
    • Achieve weekly and monthly production goals
    • Set in person meetings with and present to physician recruiting decision makers (C-Suite)
    • Develop and maintain working relationships with clients
    • Negotiate and close sales contracts
    • Partner with recruiting teams to match physicians with client needs
    • Make recommendations regarding service; relay customer feedback
    • Promote services at trade shows

    Requirements

    • 7-10+ years' outside solution sales experience, or 3-5+ years in healthcare staffing sales
    • Proven success securing new business highly preferred
    • Excellent prospecting, cold calling, face to face presentation and closing skills
    • Confident, energetic and professional presence: ability to effectively build relationships, overcome objections and close business with C-suite executives
    • Interpersonal, strategic communication, and relationship building skills a must
    • Strong organizational and computer skills required; CRM proficiency a plus
    • Stable employment history with verifiable references
    • 4 year degree preferred
