    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with clients to conduct searches to fill physician staffing needs
    • Communicate articulately, regularly and transparently with clients regarding search activity
    • Achieve and exceed phone time, interview and placement metrics
    • Call physicians to proactively source viable candidates; conduct thorough phone screens with prompt follow up
    • Oversee and manage the credentials and availability of candidates
    • Update the internal client and provider database
    • Use creativity and communication skills to request effective marketing ad/email campaigns
    • Create and maintain job postings on applicable job boards
    • Travel overnight occasionally to meet clients or represent JPS at industry events

    Requirements

    • 3+ years successful sales or recruiting experience
    • Healthcare and/or staffing industry experience preferred
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
    • Professionalism and confidence to effectively communicate with medical professionals and hospital executives
    • Stable employment history with verifiable references
    • Computer, organizational and client/customer service skills a must; Salesforce/CRM experience a plus
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
