    Our ideal candidate has sales or staffing/recruiting experience and thrives in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.  Your job is to you work phones to find doctors who are qualified and interested in temporary assignments.  Partnering with sales within a medical specialty group requires a strong team player who builds their knowledge, trust and dependability and is highly motivated to contribute to the team’s goals.  You are also responsible for maintaining and updating database information.

    You bring:

    • Experience sourcing candidtes, experience in healthcare industry.
    • Drive to meet and exceed your performance goals.
    • Diligence in recording your contact activities in our dynamic, world class database.
    • Swift and thorough qualification of leads for your specialty team.
    • Creative thinking and diligence in managing through each potential physician’s needs and how they match with our customer requirements.  
    • Collaboration skills for sharing ideas and managing through challenges.


    You are:

    • Motivated – for the opportunity to own a key part a nationally recognized physician recruiting provider
    • A Self Starter – willing and able to rapidly fill your own pipeline with doctors that meet our “best-fit” criteria.
    • Coachable – open to adopting tried and true approaches, while embracing creative solutions as needs arise.
    • Persuasive – capable of adapting your strong interpersonal skills to each physician.
    • Competitiveness and Persistence – as you overcome unexpected obstacles.
    • Diligent – in managing time, priorities, and resources to achieve your goals.
    • Experienced – 1-2 years staffing, recruiting, or consultative B2B sales skills preferred
    • A Phone Master – Cold calling or call center environment experience a plus
    • Prepared – Some college preferred
