    LocumTenens.com is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to provide leadership and technical guidance in the design of technology solutions to gain competitive advantages for our business. The architect is responsible for proactively and holistically leading enterprise level activities for creating deliverables that guide the direction for developing solutions.  The successful candidate will design solutions to disrupt industry forces and drive targeted business outcomes.  The holistic approach will involve solutions, systems and applications that reach across the organization. This role will play a key role in creating the company’s strategic roadmap as LocumTenens.com embarks on a broader digital transformation.


    The architect will provide leadership, strategy, analysis, and design related to the overall enterprise architecture and will manage the portfolio of “as is” and “to be” solutions.  The solutions architect will leverage existing technology solutions and ensure technology consistency across business units. 


    Essential Functions and Basic Duties


    • Analyzes business and technical requirements
    • Designs and develops high performing software solutions
    • Creates multi-year technology roadmap that aligns to company strategy
    • Implements solutions following best practices
    • Becomes expert in the business, industry, and technical platforms
    • Proposes and estimates the financial impact of solution alternatives
    • Defines standards and solutions that are consistent across all business units


    Assumes responsibilities for related duties as required or assigned


    • Collaboration with business on long-term technology strategy by maximizing existing technology systems and researching new technology.
    • Converts business requirements into system architecture and design
    • Provides technical oversight and guidance during the program execution
    • Provides technical advice to management and to the business
    • Deep understanding of technology trends and a broad knowledge of technology products and vendors




    • 5+ years of experience designing complex enterprise solutions
    • 4-year degree in information systems or related field
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience designing and implementing complex business applications
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and technology standards
    • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs
    • Hands-on expertise in some of the following solutions, processes, and technologies:
      • Salesforce, Adobe Sign, Pardot, Conga, Microsoft Azure
