Recruiting Coordinator – Part-Time Job Share
Weekly hours Wednesday 11 -5, Thursday 8-5, and Friday 8-5
The Recruiting Coordinator is a key member of the HR onboarding team for multiple businesses in the Jackson Healthcare Family of Companies. The Recruiting Coordinator will help drive the recruiting process and ensure that candidates have a positive experience. This is a highly collaborative role that will work very closely with recruiters, HR Systems team, human resource managers, hiring managers and candidates. Strong technology experience is required. This is a matrix shared services position supporting over 13 different Jackson Healthcare companies. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, organized, and detail oriented.
The successful candidate must be available to work Wednesday 11am – 5pm, Thursday 8am – 5pm, and Friday 8am – 5pm each week. Must also be able to cover/work occasional time off schedule for job share partner.
