    Description

    The Business Process Engineer will work with the Director of Sales Operations and play a key role as a liaison between the business and technology, with the ability to be bring value to both stakeholder groups and ultimately deliver business process improvements.  The ideal candidate will be passionate about project delivery and driving results through the art of business process design, re-engineering and business analysis with Salesforce.com at the heart of all these activities.

    This role will:

    • Develop and recommend new or improved internal business processes
    • Work with stakeholders and drive requirements elaboration for technology related projects
    • Analyze and identify business cost drivers related to key processes for successful operations
    • Publish, validate, and communicate captured requirements
    • Manage requirements lifecycle to ensure requirements remain current, and solutions are delivered in a timely fashion
    • Partner with Product Owners to articulate epics and deconstruct them into user stories
    • Take ownership of ongoing testing as part of project delivery and support structured User Acceptance Testing on larger projects
    • Support the development of training content as well as the delivery of end-user training
    • Always thinking about how to do things better
    • Serve multiple projects or initiatives at the same time
    • Conduct job duties in accordance to corporate values and culture

    Requirements

    Education/Certification:

    • A Business, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering college or university degree is required
    • Either Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is highly desired
    • Six Sigma certification desired

    Knowledge:

    • Must possess a strong understanding of the Salesforce.com platform
    • A high level of comfort with relational data models is required
    • Experience working specifically with Sales Cloud in Lightning is highly desired
    • Experience with Client Portal/Communities, Sales Acceleration solutions, and Document Automation solutions is desired

     Experience:

    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience optimizing end-to-end business processes and documenting business and/or system requirements
    • 1+ year experience with Salesforce.com configuration highly desired
    • Technology end-user training experience desired
    • Experience working in an Agile environment is desired
