  • Overview

    The Sales Support Analyst is responsible for Complex Deal Support, CDO Operations flows, Partner Channel Coordination, reporting/measuring/analyzing sales data, training coordination of sales team and partners, facilitating sales communications.  They will work closely with EVP Sales, Marketing, Solutions Delivery, Product Management, and Transformation in support of these organizational objectives. 

    Description

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES 

    • Complex Deal Support
      1. Develop all research and DRG/ROI analysis for all complex deal opportunities.
      2. Provide target client demographic data as needed to support sales process.
      3. Coordinate all activities around complex deals (site visits, ref calls, ODAs, deep dives, etc)
      4. Develop initial price quotes for all prospective clients.
      5. Development of sales proposals (with direction from EVP).
      6. Coordinate cross functional team for all RFP and RFI requests.
      7. Work with EVP/Marketing to deliver appropriate materials specific to each opportunity.
      8. Facilitate detailed contract process to include: contract creation, management of issues, version control and statement of work specificity, warranties, and etc.

     

    • Partner Channel Coordination:
      1. With Marketing, manage cadence of regional planning meetings.
      2. Administer details of sales obligations and partnership duties with channel partners.

     

    • Optimizing Sales Processes:
      1. Sales CRM administration.
      2. Special programs and project management as required (both National and Regional level).
      3. Work directly with Sales leadership on opportunity progression inspection.
      4. Establish and rollout standardized approaches.
      5. Provide and support tools to optimize process/approach compliance.
      6. Contracting librarian.

     

    • Sales Communications:
      1. Become primary point of contact for sales team communications and coordination with other CL business units.
      2. Disseminate relevant information to sales team, necessary to improve performance.
      3. Facilitate Sales to Service hand offs upon contract execution.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited institution
    • 2+ years in sales or sales operations

     

    Required Knowledge:

    • Knowledge of sales processes.
    • Fluency with all Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Word and Exce.l
    • Observational skills to collect data and validate information.
    • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
