    The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Risk Management team.  Maintaining and updating Risk Management website, keeping department calendar and communicating Risk Management updates via Facebook.  Will also review, prepare and track provider risk reviews, and perform specific projects as assigned. 

    Description

    1. Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of assigned administrative and clerical functions. 
    • Prepares and assembles a variety of documents including memos, letters, contracts and reports.  Scans documents and makes copies as needed.
    • Maintains files for legal and claim files, files correspondence on a daily basis
    • Sorts and distributes incoming documentations through mail. 
    • Provide support for preparation and distribution of monthly benchmarking reports. 
    • Prepare expense reports as needed.
    • Edit and prepare presentations as needed. 
    1. Assumes responsibility for Risk Management functions 
    • Review and summarize Risk Reviews on a daily basis.
    • Provide Administrative support for the Risk Management Department.
    • Review and submit COI Requests as needed.
    • Assist in the completion and distribution of Prior Acts Coverage (Tail) letters.
    • Assist with claim reporting and management as needed.
    • Maintain and update Risk Management Policies & Procedures.
    • Assist with E-Learning/LMS modules.
    • Assist with gathering of information for various insurance renewals.
    • Daily filing of legal and insurance correspondence. 
    1. Assumes responsibility for project management within Risk Management 
    • Update annual goals and communicate progress and deadlines. 
    • Track and communicate company events to Risk Management. 
    • Research and roll-out Company updates within Risk Management on workplace and website.

     

    Requirements

    • Minimum high school graduate or equivalent required.
    • College degree and/or Risk Management experience is a plus.
    • Two plus years’ experience in an administrative support role.
    • Risk Management experience is a plus.
    • Strong technology skills required.
    • Strong MS Office skills - Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype for business, SharePoint, and OneNote.
    • OneNote and SharePoint experience required.
    • Website management experience preferred.
    • Advanced MS Excel experience required (graphs and pivot tables).
