    Healthcare Staffing Technologies has an opening for a passionate, results-oriented, digital marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist plans and executes digital marketing strategies and optimization of performance marketing channels including website SEO, SEM, email marketing, retargeting, social and online advertising.



    The Digital Marketing Specialist should have an effective comprehension of modern marketing tools and strategies. He/She will be engaged in developing the organization’s multi-channel communication strategies as well as running all day-to-day marketing initiatives.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Manage all SEO, PPC, content distribution, conversion testing activities with outsourced vendor.
    • Responsible for all outbound email campaigns.  This includes collaborating with all business units regarding email campaign content, set up and tracking.
    • Manage unopened and opened rates, click through rates, unsubscribed rates and sent emails.
    • Manage digital campaign assets, landing page development, and tracking that support direct response marketing strategy.
    • Manage content deliverables by working with writers and designers to ensure their work align with content strategy.
    • Utilize CMS (WordPress) and Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot) to create landing pages, emails and related assets.
    • Generate, edit and publish and share Social content that are informative to increase engagement and brand awareness.
    • Leverage buying segments and customer personas in campaign strategy.
    • Oversee site analytics initiatives, developing and managing reports and dashboards, to evolve data-driven decision making and deliver insights and analysis on our site content and funnels.
    • Oversee lead management and review for digital campaigns.
    • Remain up to date on all current trends and changes in the digital landscape.
    • Special website and digital projects as assigned.




    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
    • 3+ years of recent digital marketing experience in multiple channels including search, email, social, and content marketing.
    • Deep understanding of marketing strategy for B2C lead generation.
    • Strong desire to innovate and test new opportunities and strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven reasoning and knowledge of web analytics tools.
    • Strong business acumen and writing/verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics. 
    • Working knowledge of Pardot or other email automation software tool.
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics is a plus.
    • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS.
    • Experience driving digital advertising campaign performance.
    • Highly motivated with the ability to work under ambiguity and operate with minimal oversight.
    • The ability to work well under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
