  • Overview

    This Nurse Professional is responsible for the solution sales of Care Progression and Performance suite products and services to our hospital clients.  This includes developing opportunities utilizing Care Logistics partners and marketing activities.  This position will also take on responsibility to grow add-on business of the installed customer base.  Executive nursing focus interaction with some executive financial interaction.  

    Description

     

    • Focus on effort to attain annual financial goals through demand creation.
      • Identify path to success for funnel development and deal progression.
      • Attend channel events to build relationships.
    • Develop new account relationships in an ‘early stage market’ of specific Product Line and Services.
    • Qualify hospital prospect consists with Care Logistics standards.
    • Account background, research, ROI analysis and briefing work as necessary.
    • Drive deal progression in accordance with sales framework.
      • Define and manage early stage “account plans”.
        • Track progress via CRM and strategic management tools.
      • Establish effective communication and colloaboration with internal teams to acquire customers.
        • Work closely with SVP, contracting business to close.
      • Develop strong relationships with all clients, trade professionals, and external contacts.
      • Keep up-to-date on industry, market, technology, methodology, and mindset trends.
      • Attend hospital association events, professional meetings and seminars as necessary.

    Requirements

     

    Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferably a Master’s degree and all current certifications

    Experience working in a nursing leadership role

    5 to 10 years of working in a hospital nursing capacity or 5 years as a nursing sales executive promoting innovative solutions

    Requires up to 70% travel to events and prospect/customer sites.

    • Outstanding Executive communication skills: verbal, written and presentation.
    • Ability to explain value based solutions in a consultative manner to prospective clients.
    • Time management of duties related to demand creation and opportunity progression.
    • Ability to demonstrate software by explaining workflow value vs. functionality.
    • Work in a dynamic, fast paced environment with a sense of urgency.
    • Self-starting work ethic that can grow with the business.
    • Ability to work and manage with a very collaborative selling environment.
