We seek a highly motivated and competitive inside sales professional to join our team. Your role will include working the phones (60-70 calls or 2 hours talk time per day) to drive toward generating leads and landing engagements. Your job is to find client leads with a need for temporary doctors and advanced practitioners, then to qualify them, sell our services, and understand their locum tenens coverage needs. Partnering with recruiting within a medical specialty group requires a strong team player who builds their knowledge, trust and dependability and is highly motivated to contribute to the team’s goals. Additional responsibilities include updating client information, achieving and exceeding monthly goals and targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Promotions are based on your great performance and the needs of the business. Compensation includes competitive base salary and uncapped earnings.
