    The Credentialing /Housing Manager leads and manages a team of Credentialing Specialists who are responsible for processing credentials for clinical candidates in an accurate and timely manner. Responsible for ensuring adherence to company credentialing requirements and compliance policies, this individual will also collaborate with senior leadership and our Clinical Liaison/ Risk Manager regarding policy creation or updates.  The Credentialing Manager will regularly evaluate and recommend additional resources that may expand or improve service levels and will foster professional, customer service oriented communication with clinicians, clients, vendors, and teammates.  In addition to compliance duties, the Manager Credentialing and Housing will be the liaison between our clinicians and 3rd party vendor to fulfill housing and travel requests.

    Requirements

    Requirements

    • High school graduate or equivalent
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • RN License strongly preferred
    • 2 years of experience in management or leadership
    • Experience in credentialing/compliance preferred
