    The Search Consultant is a highly interactive, client and candidate focused position with the majority of work completed over the phone. The primary goal of the Search Consultant is to recruit and successfully place physicians in healthcare facilities, maintaining superior client communication and service throughout the search.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with clients to conduct searches and fill physician staffing needs
    • Provide a trustworthy and client-focused partnership throughout the physician search
    • Communicate with clients regarding search activity on a weekly basis
    • Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual goals: phone time, interviews, placements
    • Call physician candidates to proactively source and identify viable candidates; oversee and manage candidate credentials and availability
    • Conduct thorough phone screens with attention to detail and prompt follow-up
    • Update the internal client and provider database as new candidate information and/or search progress is obtained
    • Use creativity and communication skills to effectively request advertisements and email marketing campaigns for open opportunities
    • Create and maintain job postings on the company website and applicable job boards
    • Present candidates to healthcare clients; arrange on-site interviews as requested
    • Travel overnight occasionally to attend trade shows and/or conduct client profiles in person

    Requirements

    • 3+ years’ successful sales or recruiting experience, healthcare or staffing industry preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
    • Professionalism and confidence to effectively communicate with medical professionals and/or C-Suite hospital executives.
    • CRM (Salesforce) and high call volume experience highly preferred.
    • Stable employment history with verifiable references.
    • Computer, organizational and client/customer service skills are a must.
    • Ability to travel on an occasional basis, both locally and out-of-state, to attend conferences and face to face meetings.
    • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
