    The primary responsibility of the Research Consultant is to source and generate physician candidate leads using various resources such as company databases, websites and publications to find well-qualified candidates for client opportunities. The RC will be guided and trained by their mentor, a JPS Director or VP of Recruitment.

     

    Other responsibilities include:

    • Call physicians to proactively source and identify viable candidates (80-100 calls daily)
    • Conduct thorough phone screens with attention to detail and prompt follow-up, updating the internal client and provider database
    • Achieve daily, weekly and/or monthly phone time and interview goals
    • Successfully progress through JPS training, under the guidance of your mentor
    • Once accounts are assigned to you, partner with clients and your mentor to fill physician staffing needs
    • Use creativity and communication skills to effectively request advertisements for open physician opportunities
    • Travel overnight occasionally along with other team members to attend trade shows and/or conduct client profiles

    Requirements

    • 1-3 years' successful inside sales and/or recruiting experience, high call volume strongly preferred
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
    • Professionalism and confidence to effectively communicate with medical professionals and hospital executives
    • Computer, organizational and customer service skills are a must
    • 4 year degree preferred
    • Salesforce or similar CRM database experience a plus
    • Physician specialty and/or healthcare knowledge a plus
