Healthcare Staffing Technologies is a proud member of the Jackson Healthcare family of companies. The Sales & Account Rep is responsible for all business development activities for MedReps.com products and services for a pre-assigned US territory. The Sales & Account Rep will develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals for new and existing customers, maintain and expand relationships with key decision makers and increase customer loyalty with existing MedReps clients. The role works closely with the sales and support team for the achievement of customer satisfaction in line with our company's vision and values.
Responsibilities include: � Develop and execute sales plans for new and renewal business � Generate new leads and identify key decision makers among the targeted leads � Deliver product value, features and benefits � Negotiate the terms of the sale with the prospect � Close sales by building rapport, adding value and providing solutions � Maintain a solid pipeline for short term and long term prospect customers � Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services � Build customers for life through renewal business activities � Perform outbound and inbound account management � Provide market feedback to leadership regarding competitive offerings & prospect needs Performance Targets include: � Sales objective: achieve $400,000 to $500,000 revenue per year through pipeline management � Account development: close 80% of renewal customers � Sales activity: perform a minimum of 350+ touches weekly � Sales administration: complete activity and sales reports weekly
� Bachelor's Degree � Three to Five years proven sales track record of exceeding revenue targets and budgets � Extensive experience in all aspects of customer acquisition and relationship management � A hunter with strong understanding of customer and market dynamics � Self motivated to grow inside a dynamic sales environment � Excellent rapport building, follow-up, phone and written communication skills
