    Description

    The Sales Account Executive focuses on territory development and management and is skilled in implementing sales strategies to find and leverage available business to meet their sales goals.  Account Executives build and maintain strong working relationships with customers throughout their territory and with all recruiting/support team members who make ensure our services are delivered.  A strong collaborative style is critical to their success.  This role also assumes responsibility for the planning and attaining of an effective budget consistent with team as well as meeting personal goals. Compensation includes competitive base salary and uncapped earnings.

    Requirements

    • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 4+ years of staffing, recruiting, or consultative B2B sales skills desired
    • Cold calling or call center environment strongly desired
    • Healthcare experience a plus
    • Ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly motivated and results oriented, and possess solid problem solving and consultative skills required. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision.
