    • Promote company services to existing and prospective accounts
    • 40%+ travel within a multi-state territory: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan
    • Develop and maintain working relationships with customers that allow monthly sales and marketing production goals to be achieved
    • Set in person meetings with and give presentations to physician recruiting decision makers (C-Suite)
    • Partner with recruiting team to match physicians with client needs
    • Make recommendations regarding service; relay customer feedback
    • Track negotiation through closing; finalize sales contracts
    • Promote services at trade shows


    Minimum Requirements:

    • 3+ years outside sales experience with a track record of success, preferrably in Healthcare and/or Staffing
    • B2B/solution sales experience preferred
    • Confident and professional executive presence: ability to effectively build relationships, influence decision makers, negotiate and close business with C-suite executives
    • Proven success seeking, developing and closing new business
    • Interpersonal, strategic communication, and relationship building skills a must
    • Strong organizational and computer skills
    • Stable employment history with verifiable references
    • 4 year degree preferred
    • CRM/Salesforce proficiency a plus
